Our lawyers have extensive experience litigating against the Department of Health Services over the Medi-Cal status of our client providers.  We have successfully appeared in both Los Angeles Superior Court and Sacramento Superior Court on Writs of Mandate seeking court orders requiring the California Department of Health Services to release funds withheld pursuant to temporary withhold orders, and to reactivate Medi-Cal provider numbers that have been deactivated or suspended.

We have also assisted our Medi-Cal provider clients in applying for and obtaining their Medi-Cal provider numbers as well as maintaining their status as Medi-Cal providers.
